Clay Philips is head of operations at TEA South, also known as Toronto Experimental Artists. He's a very highly organized and efficient individual who's passionate about giving independent artists all the help they need. One of the many services they provide is radio tracking. Twice a year TEA South produce compilation CD's containing music by new artists, which are sent to all formats of radio, film and print media with options for airplay/reviews/features.
